The first is the mc's old crush from middle school. She tries to get the mc away from Urabe, and convince him that he still loves her. Urabe discovers their meeting. To put it briefly, they both get naked and use drool to prove who's love is true. In the end, she realizes she doesn't really love him, but rather someone else. Been a while since I've seen/read that arc.
Another rival is a classmate, Suwano. She's just another girl who tries to sway the mc from Urabe, but doesn't succeed. She and Urabe seem to have become friends near the end of the manga.
There's also Momoka. A doppelganger idol who just wants to live a quiet life, so she impersonates Urabe. Long story short, they get into shenanigans and Urabe performs on a live stage. She did quite well.
