>>3795484No need to feel bad about it, anon. Venting is good, better to air out the bad feelings than keep them in. In my experience therapy can be a great help in understanding ourselves better and addressing the our issues. Sometimes it takes an outsider's perspective for us to see them in a way that they can be fixed. I know it's awful feeling worthless, I still do and I don't know if these feelings and doubts will ever go away, but things can be made at least a little bit better and bearable. Even small incremental improvements must be better than where we've been in the past, and who knows where things could go from there. Good luck anon <3
