I'm trying to say that each anon will have a different opinion as to when headpats are appropriate and who gets them - you may think one way and 10 other anons will have 10 other opinions.
Like I think majority of girls deserve a headpat in certain situations and after a point where you know them. Whether or not they find it funny is a different story but that doesn't make them any less headpat-able. Depends on the situation, the person doing the headpatting, the girl receiving the headpat, how well they know another, and probably many other things.
