You see, since Sheik is just a soul without a body, if she took my body and I took Zelda's, I would be in control of her triforce since it is technically Zelda's. I think this must also mean Zelda would transfer into my old body too. So I am in control of Zelda's body. And Sheik (with a dormant Zelda) are in my body.
