First thing would be to let them stay at home, thankfully there's no family or roommates to worry about but it's barely a studio apartment so things might get cramped. Next thing would be to get the little ones enrolled in school, it might be too late for Q so find her a simple repetitive job like bagging groceries or something.
Rei should be in school too but I'm already over extended with school & work so she might need to pitch in with an afternoon job too. She's smart so she'd probably could get a good one if it wasn't for her age. failing that, there's a wannabe maid cafe on this street seeing as who she is she'd probably make a killing in there but I don't know how I'd feel about that.
Once expenses and living arrangements have been figured out, on weekends I'd probably take them to cool places around the city, there's also a few national parks and natural reserves so maybe take them camping or hiking from time to time, They'd probably love being around nature, specially Rei.
