>>2147097It should do it automatically on default settings if you have transparency enabled like you have (it did for me at least).
Remember that it does not work at all for gifs that have moving backgrounds, and it doesn't work very well if you have just imported the frames (it introduces noise to the background which sort of kills the optimization).
You'll have to manually edit the backgrounds in for each frame.
