I read his book about the Pacific Flames in the Sky, and really enjoyed it Clostermann does a fantastic job of immersing you in of the pilot's life. I expected it to be somewhat flowery, but it's far more down to earth and approachable. I want to get some stuff off of my reading backlog before, starting Clostermann's biography like Bleedin Edge but I'll read it after I'm done with it.
