I doubt it will come to that, but at the rate of progress we're making, we have plenty of time to theorize. It could be another three years from now for all we know. But it'll happen eventually, and I'm personally not expecting it to be all sunshine and roses. Even before everything came crashing down, Ana and Pharah had a lot of issues, and Uprising seems to imply that Jack saw a lot of potential in Lena, who in turn clearly admired what he had built, so I expect a pretty rough and feelsy sit once that particular drama bomb finally goes off.
Well that'll be easy, since I've actually never even touched competitive at all and have no intention of starting.
