It's not really about her and Subaru and is more general SoL with all the mansion characters set inbetween the mansion and capital Arcs. Nothing serious or plot related happens in the OVA.
>seasonal There isn't one true definition for seasonal. I guess she is seasonal as she hasn't been able to stick around in the limelight as well as say Rem who is from the same series. And even then you can argue the majority of Remfags are seasonal too and will only show up when something new happens.
