>>2901503As other anon said I believe in universe fabricating a person like they did with Lain is immensely expensive and difficult. In the game it goes further into that when Lain is building her dad, she barely manages to make a 3rd of a person before running out of resources. And although Lain has many personalities I don't think she could maintain more than one corporeal form this is just my own "Theory" though. Not really based on anything.
