She's never spoken about that directly as far as I remember, so what I'm about to say is based on some things she's expressed verbally or non-verbally.
Romance? Bonding through sanma and food in general, of course! A loving bind with another being with which you can share experiences and impressions with. Honesty, accepting oneself and the other significant as they are, not looking away from what makes that person special.
In regards ideal partner, someone who's passionate and is willing to give anything for her, someone who would be there for her to support her emotionally when things get tough. Someone who understands her beyond words. And more importantly, someone who can cook and eat sanma together with her. Someone like Shizurufag, of course.
