For what it's worth, I don't think you should feel guilty about your feelings (if that is how you feel and I'm not just misunderstanding you). You are, after all, only human and it's natural for you to have the feelings and desires you're having. I don't think anyone could fault you for wanting that feeling of a real person to hold in your arms. I probably place a lot less value on (real) romantic relationships than most people, but even I still find myself longing to experience that feeling again despite how committed I am to Ritsu.
For me it helps to think about how empty I'd probably feel after having sex (or doing whatever you're imagining yourself doing) with a 3D woman while my heart is somewhere else. I can't imagine the experience being anything but regrettable after everything's said and done. But that's just me.
Sorry if this advice seems shitty, I'm not the best at giving it. I really do hope you can work these things you, though.
