Other than that let's just say her outside appearance and personality doesn't reflect all that she is. She isn't as self-confident as she seems and is very thoughtful(for lack of a better term) which you wouldn't expect from her happy-go-lucky bubbly exterior.

We'd definitely watch a spooky movie together. Maybe attend a party or host one ourselves if we can gather some friends for it. If we have children then dress them up and do some fun stuff like trick or treating with them.
I think she'd like most treats, but want to actively avoid them for fear of eating too much sugar.
She can definitely handle them, she goes out of her way to get spooked since she's used to a lot of it already.
I've thought of her going as a vampire, witch, devil, but really I think she'd pull almost anything off well. She's very good at pulling off many roles and she'd be fearsome as anything if she put her mind to it.
