Anyways your question, I have a little bit of 3D modeling experience, but I think if it was to make Yuuri I would definitely try to learn, and I think I've seen some 3D models of her on the internet so it would be possible for someone to have already made one on which I can improve the design.
Well Yuuri has a very distinct voice, I don't think it would be easy to replicate, though I have heard similar voices.
