Yeah it pretty much always has been, the split was mostly intending to do that since the touhou threads that it was mostly made for were flooded with image dumps and shitposting. I've always preferred VNs over anime and manga, They're such a time consuming way to go about it that it makes it really hard to get others into it unfortunately. It's always been accepted as the best medium but i am glad to see more people actually reading rather than just agreeing on it. I hope to see taht continuing. Seeing more people in the DJThreads as well which is a good sign, the more people reading in source the less time I need to wait to discuss something with people!
