I didn't run into Tomo until I was dicking around on the internet in between college classes sometime last semester, but I immediately felt some connection to the character. Like you, I was quiet and really spent all of my days playing vidya
I used to be borderline hikikomori,.not being able to go outside at all, then to having difficulty ordering food or eating publicly
Now I can at least function in society but making small talk and the like is extremely stressful
I'm hoping you've improved in areas you wanted to as well
