>>4117685You won't hear it a lot, especially here, because it's cooler to say "I learned X in 3 months". They aren't impressing anyone though. I'm not pretending to be a psychologist, but I'm sure anyone who's attempted to go through a long learning process like this will eventually get those feelings.
I get depressed mostly when I've failed at something that I think I should be able to do already. And when it comes to drawing, comparing myself (sometimes unconsciously) to someone else who's probably further along the process already.
