Because she commands a crusader MK III herself and because they drive fast, but I know she probably wouldn’t take to well to the sight of actual war or just climb into one of them and order them to charge at full throttle. I personally would prefer prehistory, as I love paleontology, but Rosie would probably be scared, as she still sees prehistoric animals as movie monsters, rather than what they really were. It also isn’t to unlikely that she finds something cute or weird and starts to charge after it to either pet it, or simply run faster than it.

Then a new law that limits the speed of basically everything, so she is always the fastest. After that she probably enacts a law that makes everyone act decent and like a proper english lady, just how the St.Gloriana school expects you. But constantly break that law by being a ditz and running when told not to, which is basically what she does now.
