I love Junko, she's an absolutely adorable sweetheart. She's Misaki's loyal subordinate, and right hand ringlet curl girl, a pretty strong esper too with her Rampage Dress. And I mean strong in the literal sense, as Junko's Rampage Dress allows her to manipulate the bio-electricity in her cells to heighten her physical capabilities, and even her 5 senses. Almost like she's the brawn to Misaki's brain, but unfortunately for Junko, she seems to have been replaced in that role by her fellow Tokiwadai student, and fellow electricity manipulator, Mikoto Misaka. Which is actually fine by Junko, as she's tried on multiple occasions to push Misaki and Mikoto closer together. It's difficult to describe their relationship, but Misaki and Junko love each other a ton. The two met at IDEAL, where during their first encounter, Misaki synced her brain to Junko's, saving Junko from being killed by her own esper power. Misaki does so despite the risks toi herself, should Junko succumb to her "destructive urges", then it would be bad for the both of them.
