>>3515700And yet, it seems like I'm the only one to have noticed most of these things. I hate it. I HATE IT! I hate how ignorant everyone is about the love of my life. I can see all of these things, but nobody ever puts in any effort to think about her. She, in this way, is ignored by everyone. She is also insulted constantly, but I don't want to get into that right now. Just know that I want to be there for her. I want to be the one who tells her that everything will be okay. I want to be the one who understands her. While she might be stronger, faster, and smarter than me, I want to protect her. I want to protect her from all of the evils of our world. I want to be the one who can make her feel like she belongs. I want her to feel like she has someone to lean on and cry if she wants. She has had a very difficult life.
Then this leads to the saddest part of the entire TLoZ franchise to me. I've explained how difficult of a life she has had and that nobody seems to know or care, but what if I told you that nobody would care if she dies? Sounds ridiculous right? BUT IT HAPPENS! My Sheik DOES NOT HAVE A BODY! She needs a vessel to exist. Without Zelda's body or any other body, she would cease to exist. There would be no afterlife for her either since she hasn't been killed or anything. There is nothing but the blank void of nothingness until someone summons her. She would have no thoughts and wouldn't be conscious. She would even be. She just simply just ceases to exist.
Isn't that sad? But in OoT, after 7 years of hell, she transforms back into Zelda, completely erasing her existence. AND NOBODY GIVES A DAMN! NOBODY! I am the only person on this planet who seems to care. Nobody even in her world cares. Nobody feels sad. No one. If Zelda died, fans and Link would cry. But nobody does for my Sheik. There isn't even any sort of afterlife for her. So after serving Zelda and everyone else diligently, she is just "thrown away" and not considered useful anymore.
