Seeing as I'm currently taking the brunt of a nor'easter, what would you and your wife do in the event of a harsh storm? How would she prepare for one?
She might try and manipulate the flooding herself to keep it away from us, and failing that, she'd frantically start ordering supplies online. Not very foresighted, my cutie Rudy is.

If this is post-Destiny at all, making her a sculpture or charm of Atwight, something to remember her old sister(of a sorts) by, it might make her depressed. Actually, I'd have to be careful of her pendant anytime I kiss her neck and collarbone; it's extremely precious to her.

I don't believe my wife would want me to push myself too far just for her sake, at the expense of feeling happy and healthy myself.
