ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/2. Extract ffmpeg.exe somewhere. You don't need any other file in the .zip unless you have something particular in mind.
And then, you have a choice:
3. Download some kind of converter. There are some links in the /g/wiki article (linked in the OP). I don't do this, so I cannot advise further.
Or,
4. Use the command line (or in my case, a .bat file). I'll outline what to put in it in my next post. This is the method I use.
