The new Lise card is tied directly into the current event which revolves around Lise and is called "Happy days with you again" which is a thematic book end to the title of her backstory from Requiem "I dream of those happier Days"(or "I yearn for those happier days" also works). Its a lot more than just the sex scene it does a whole alternate plot of SM's ending events.
