Seeing that facade of hers melt melts my heart in turn because she's so hopelessly soft and caring inside. I like how most routes start with her insisting on being enemies but it ends really fast when she finds an excuse. Particularly early UBW where she's going on tangents about killing Shirou, yet when it comes down to it she doesn't do it even in the bad ending. It gives that extra dimension to her dere which makes it stand out.
Those motherly instincts are so strong, it makes me wonder what her own mother was like.
