If you're that impatient you can download the RAWs, learn how to extract and convert the video and audio streams, mux the Horriblesubs subtitles together with them, and learn how to use Aegisub to retime the subs if necessary. I'm sure a rad tech guy like you can handle that much. inb4 you expect others to do it all for you.
