By the way, I don't want to freak you out. I've just seen many people - including myself - self treating their issues with benzos and other drugs. It always makes things worse. If you're scripted them, that's another thing, but still, be careful.
Good luck with your therapy/medication, if you're the anon who got on antidepressants. They will take a couple weeks to work and you might need to switch back and forth, but don't stop trying. Eventually we will cope or make it. There's a way out alive.
