First of all, labeling things you disagree with as "shitposting" is unworthy of /c/. It's just bad already and though common on /a/ I'd say your attitude belongs on /b/ where sensible people wouldn't have to see it.
As for the rest, you actually are admitting my point exactly. Rei Q is the genetics of Rei Ayanami. Memories were never part of the transfer. The important point is that the Rei clone in 3.33 does have a connection to the Rei clone from 2.22 and we see it in the introduction of Q with her ability to communicate telepathically to Shinji and in the conclusion of Q with the music player.
