>>3463430I'm not sure how Mai's special ability would translate to a different setting since it's operation relies heavily on the mechanics of her world. Either way the best thing we can do is to gather as much information as possible before trying to figure out what to do.
>>3463672Mai lives in a weird world where people can see ghosts and stuff. Mai is an ability user with the ability to combat them but someone without the altered brain structure wouldn't be able to see them, much less fight them.
I'm sure Mai's sister can help me with that though, so no worries there.
>>3464260Episode 3 and 11 of the anime are probably my favorite ones. I was able to learn more about her personality and temperament and it had some SoL scenes that, albeit short, helped me get more of an insight on her tastes and hobbies. That's when I began to think a relationship with her could actually work.
Episode 11 is probably my favorite because that's when I was able to fully understand her more warm and caring side whereas before I only managed to catch glimpses of it.
Trouble 7 of the first volume of the LN is also a favorite of mine for pretty much the same reasons I mentioned above. Though I guess the most impactful scene with her would have to be from trouble 8.
>>3464377I always thought she was more of a cat person. Since she used to spend time playing with them at an abandoned mansion when she was a child. I might be a bit biased though, since I really like cats. I have six of them.
She also looks really cute with cat ears and tail in the cat phantom episode of the anime.
