My favorite routes in Rewrite pretty much ended up ranked by how much he got involved. The more he ended up just being along for the ride, the less I enjoyed them. I'd probably rank the routes in the novel as follows for me;
Moon>Akane>Terra=Kotori>Chihaya>Shizuru>Lucia
