Your guess is as good as mine, but I think it's safe to say that there would be some more characters than just Amemiya-san if he turns it into a full on manga.
She is wearing a school uniform, right? Maybe it would be a bit too similar to Nichijou. But if a bunch of high school girls is what Arawi wants to write about, he should just do that. You can't blame him for doing what he likes and is good at.
