The only types of ‘surgery’ she could require are regular fixups after she shattered a limb or similar which would be fine, or serious stuff where she has to have a part replaced which would worry me immensley since I wouldn’t know when she would wake up, if she would wake up and what memories she will have lost when she does wake up. The former wouldn’t worry her much since she’s used to it, while she would probably be unconcious if the latter happened and couldn’t react at all.
