Her naked heel would grind slowly into the ribcage bending it inwards, eventually causing the sternum to crack, hurling glassy shrapnel of bone into the lungs as if a hand grenade just went off next to your heart. The pain would sting through your entire body and she'd just look down at you like a worm and giggle as you gasp for breath through your punctured lungs. Her toes giddily pushing down where your heart is supposed to be.
