As long as the Rei-Q troll keeps coming to these threads with the sole intent to annoy others and be entirely against the niceties of /c/, the Rei thread will be filled with more conflict than we should have.
It's always the same person too, with the same images he downloads from danbooru with the sole intent to troll these threads. He doesn't contribute, he doesn't answer requests or post Rei images. He only posts Rei Q with the sole intent to annoy.
If you at least ban the poster posting Rei Q from posting (he can still look at nice pictures), then there's no need for enforcing a Rei-Q free thread. It's a self-solving issue because nobody else would post Rei Q.
