Do you need to tell them you aren't on the same page with them?
Is your being outed as a Presbyterian to them inevitable?
Is there anyone in your family you trust that you could confide in?
Is there any way you could frame your beliefs in such a way that there's room (in their minds) to doubt that you don't believe?
Would appearing unsure about your religion be better than appearing to totally disagree with them?
I imagine looking up the strategies used by other communities to out themselves to their family might be effective in this case.
