She walks around naked without giving a smallest fuck. Not just with Shinji but also when doing naked contact experiment while she was observed by countless cameras and entire sciense crew.
She just is being herself with clother or not, exposed or not.
Moreover, there's some kind of proud and daring look in her eyes when she's naked.
This is just astonishing.
