Idk, I feel that the original ending was great. I wouldn't have changed anything. I especially liked the very last scene, partly because of pic related.
The Answer felt like fanfic, and it kinda left a bad taste in my mouth to see everyone acting so painfully aloof, after a whole game about them coming to terms with loss and getting closer to each other.
