If nothing else, even with all the hostility and outright darkness surrounding her, she at least has a place to call her own... but in a world like ours, devoid of even the costliest miracles, she would have little else going for her. Hell, Madoka herself showed that you can objectively have everything one could dream of and still not be spared the horrors of depression and the fear of an empty life devoid of intrinsic meaning or a personal purpose.
