Hiking or biking, maybe offroad biking if she's feeling particularly adventurous. She's not super athletic but I have a feeling she would really appreciate the beauty of nature, and there's not a whole lot of that where she's from so she'd want to go see a lot of it.
For indoor stuff, reading and sewing probably.
Her friend Reki would be her bridesmaid.
I like looking at pretty much any I can get my hands on, but the "softer", calmer stuff is my favorite.

Maybe she has heard this kind of stuff before.)
