Concerning her tail, she is very strong and very fast. Imagine having that taken away and that strength being replaced with two short, stubby human legs that aren't nearly as strong or as useful. She'd see some novelty in it at first because "oh wow, human legs," and because she finally gets to blend in and be seen as just a girl instead of a snakegirl, but I think she'd want her old body back. And this being her we're talking about, I would too.
