I lurk there often too (because I lurk all waifu threads like a loser), and I've only seen a couple of troll deliveries but they are called out by everyone and sometimes even photoshopped to be good again. If you're new, your waifu is rare, and/or your request is particularly good, the chance of a delivery skyrockets.
