She is very talkative and as I said earlier she will always say what's on her mind, which is good usually but her being an airhead and having the spirit of a shitposter, leads her to say some weird and dorky things. She also can't flirt or be seriously romantic in her human form, and instead says purposely cringy and awkward things to break tension.
In her Purple Heart form she is more 4/10 as she is far more serious and romantic, and doesn't say cringy things. But occasionally her regular self shines through.
