I've been given all manner of insults in my time on 4ch but as i ended up becoming more attached to kud the more it upset me to see.
When i learned japanese was a really unfortunate time, they had just had a poll for "girls who deserve to be bullied the most" in japan and 2ch raided it and voted on the most popular girls they could. Trying to defend her when i still have a really really poor handle on the language was really hard on top of my inability to maintain good front in the first place. At one point i started basically saying "success breeds jealousy" though in japanese, as a counter response to people insulting her considering her popularity.
In the longerrun glad i had people nice that night isntead of messing around and glad i ended up sticking around for sure. Seems like everyone that i've been able to help has really appreciated the new art, kotoribro especially seems to love the sprites.
I'm enjoying it a lot, just something to play on the side. while i do 4chan it's nice.
