Homura doesn't consider the other girls useless, just incapable of understanding Homura's position. In some cases they're incapable of coming to terms with the reality of magical girls. Which means they're not useless, they're dangerous(cross Mami the wrong way and you're dead). She still doesn't want to force her own ambitions on them. She never seems to interfere with them beyond keeping her promise to Madoka(don't let her contract).
Rebellion's world should clear up what Homura thinks of the others. She considers them all important, she doesn't actually want them to suffer and die.
