One that always gets me is when they stick the tail of anything on at a 90 degree angle coming straight from the small of their back instead of extending naturally from their tailbone (which is where our fucking monkey tails used to grow 30 fucking million years ago so that's where any tail should be going). It makes zero sense anatomically and just shows that the artist has no idea what they're doing. Even Crabman is sometimes guilty of this. Very few artists actually seem to think through their own fictional anatomy above just slapping on "monster" parts or copying existing designs. A few that come to mind are Mizone and Nakamura Regura
The problem with this and that is they have too big a fixation on preserving the "human-ness" of the ass because they think people won't be able to jerk off if the general erotic zones aren't "human" (eg: boobs, ass, face, crotch) despite the fact that monster girls are supposed to tread that exotic and erotic line between human and monster while also being believable that such a creature could exist. When they feel like they need to add something that doesn't work anatomically just to misguidedly preserve "fappabiltiy" pisses me off. And I'm not advocating excessive realism or making monster girls xenomorph tier, but I at least expect it to pass the most basic levels of verisimilitude.
