But that picture is from pixiv, it's actually a part of the "Aoba ironing Rei's shirt" set from the end of last thread. The author (富士茄 鷹 which could be an ancestral curse for all I know) has a few Rei pieces, but they are a bit odd. He really likes putting Shinji in a dress for one reason or another.
