It's quite problematic because she can't pass through some door with it on.

I really can't imagine her getting angry and acting like that so maybe she just is embarassed about something and she is driving me out because of it.

For example from her past there are the lawless ronins, ideological enemies like Sakamoto Ryoma and other people like the Hitokiri roaming around Kyoto that she had to stop since she was a cop.
But her most iconic enemy is obviously Nobunaga.
How does she deal with her? Sandazuki.
Nobunaga is a very strong Servant being well known around the world and her quirk is being stronger against more Divine (and therefore stronger) Servants but unfortunately for her Okita is literally the opposite of that.
This combined to the fact that Okita is so fast that she can warp are a reason for Nobu to have nightmares.
