She would probably be very surprised. I want to see that cute, surprised face of hers. Boats already existed in her world, so they wouldn't be new and wouldn't have any strong feelings towards it.

To get her to blush, I would probably either need to something that she would think is cool or embarrass her. To embarrass her, I might be able to do it easily at first. Perhaps giving her a surprise hug from behind and nibbling her pointy ears. Maybe I could whisper "I love you, Sheik" in her ear. I'm not entirely sure how I could look cool to her. Maybe I could do some really good deed or perhaps I can show her something spectacular that she would have never seen in world. Something like that.
