The series with the most Saber in it is unfortunately the first FS/N by Studio DEEN, due to being based on the Saber route from the original game. However, if you want something less incredibly painful to watch, the more recent Unlimited Blade Works version of FS/N by Ufotable (based on the Rin route from the game) series is better animated and Shirou has a couple brain cells to rub together. Carnival Phantasm has some silly Saber shenanigans, but those make up a small portion of the show.
