I've been thinking of how to make her happy (or of how Phos could make her happy, if you like) since I found out about her situation (I almost blurted out the same lines as Phos when she told her she'd find a beter job for her yesterday). And then there is the fact that in spite of it all, she is very stoic. She reminds me of Rei in episode 1 of Evangelion (when they bring her to replace Shinji who's unwilling to pilot at that point). That is what I associate 'moe' with.
Paternal feelings I guess? Something like that.
