MYSELF, I'd spend time hanging out with her as much as possible, given her attention and care, probably'd move to live next door or why the fuck not at her place, would be taking her out for walks and spending all of my free time with her.
That would be better than things and devices.

Some wallpaper and flowers and decent furniture would do. And i guess it would be good for her and her mood.
In ARP wallpapers, carpets and furniture are necessary to give a start to her sociability growth.
Rei could do that herself but we know that she doesn't care about herself and is sunk deep into depression and melancholy. when that happens to people you gotta pull them out if that, because they are losing their own will to care about themselves.
